    At www.fenway.co.za, we highly value your safety and convenience. We offer various payment methods that are not only easy to use but also strictly comply with South African legislation.

1. Payment Methods & Processing

We offer the following secure payment methods through PayFast and other providers for transactions on www.fenway.co.za:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay & Samsung Pay
  • Instant EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
  • Mobicred (Buy Now, Pay Later)
  • QR Code Payments (SnapScan, Zapper, PayFast QR Code Apps)
  • Store Cards (Accepted via PayFast)
  • SnapScan & Zapper


Important: If you choose Immediate EFT on delivery, your order will not be released until the funds reflect in our bank account. To avoid delays, we recommend card or cash payments upon delivery.

  • PayFast & Yoco (Card Payments, Instant EFT, SnapScan) – Immediate processing.
  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) – Payments are processed within 24 hours after funds reflect in our account.
  • Payment on Delivery (Johannesburg Area Only) – Available for Stock on Hand items, payable via: Cash, Card (Yoco machine), Immediate EFT (funds must reflect before release of order).

Important: If you choose Immediate EFT on delivery, your order will not be released until the funds reflect in our bank account. To avoid delays, we recommend card or cash payments upon delivery.

2. Order Confirmation & Payment Authorization

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received, not at checkout.
  • Orders over R20,000 require a 10% non-refundable deposit.
  • If full payment is not received within 5 business days, the order may be canceled unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:
    1. Payment is not received within the required timeframe.
    2. The transaction is flagged for fraud concerns.
    3. The item becomes unavailable or discontinued (in which case we will offer a refund or alternative product).

3. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices displayed on www.fenway.co.za include VAT (15%) unless otherwise stated.
  • Final order amounts, including any applicable shipping fees, will be confirmed at checkout.
  • Prices may change without prior notice, but the amount displayed at checkout at the time of purchase is binding for that transaction.

4. Deposits & Installment Payments

  • Orders under R20,000: A R500 non-refundable deposit is required.
  • Orders over R20,000: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required.
  • Balance payments must be completed before dispatch for deliveries outside Johannesburg.
  • If you have already paid a deposit for a product from an external warehouse, no additional upfront payment is required for Payment on Delivery in Johannesburg, but the remaining balance must be paid upon delivery.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are issued only after returns are received, inspected, and approved, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Refund processing time is 10 business days after approval.
  • Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes may result in account suspension or legal action if deemed fraudulent.

6. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Custom-built or personalized products are non-refundable once processing begins.
  • If an order requires modification, contact [email protected] immediately. Changes may delay shipping if stock availability is affected.

7. Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed via secure payment gateways.
  • Fenway Supplier (Pty) Ltd does not store or process credit card details directly.
  • We use fraud detection measures and reserve the right to verify any transaction before fulfillment.
  • Suspicious transactions may be canceled, and accounts flagged for security reasons.

8. Compliance with Google Merchant Center & E-Commerce Laws

This Billing Terms and Conditions policy fully complies with:

  • Google Merchant Center policies (clear payment terms, refund processes, and fees).
  • South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA Sections 19, 44, 56).
  • Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) (ensuring secure payment data handling).
  • Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) (ensuring legal validity of online transactions).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Billing Terms and Conditions are governed by South African law.

  • Any disputes will be resolved under Gauteng courts or CPA consumer mediation.
  • If a billing issue arises, customers must first contact us at [email protected] before initiating legal action.

10. Updates & Contact Information

Fenway Supplier (Pty) Ltd may update these Billing Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting. Customers will be notified of significant updates via email or website notice.
